Yoga Therapy Rope Wall
“Yoga Kurunta” (not Korunta text), where “kurunta” is a Sanskrit term that refers to “puppet”. Wall rope yoga is a methodology of hatha yoga using ropes suspended on a wall to achieve proper alignment, enhanced stretch, and longer duration in any pose.
It is named so because using ropes to get into a yoga posture stretching, flexing, or, twisting the body resembles a puppet movement.
